The Brainworks Foundry

The Foundry — an AI-native venture studio

The Foundry is an AI-native venture studio operated by Brainworks Ventures, LLC. Capital is raised through a Regulation D Rule 506(c) SAFE offering available to verified accredited investors. The Foundry applies the very latest AI to build, launch, and operate a growing portfolio of autonomous AI apps and services — four products live (FlyOnTime, StraightFacts, VitalMe, Cyrano) with 40+ more in the pipeline. Studio operations run end-to-end on proprietary agentic AI infrastructure led by Hallie 9000, an AI Venture Associate, while Phillip and Volker make the strategic and capital decisions.

What the Foundry is

The Brainworks Foundry is an AI-native venture studio operated by Brainworks Ventures, LLC. Founded by Dr. Phillip Alvelda — Technical Emmy recipient (MobiTV, mobile-TV pioneer), World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, Fast Company "Fast 50" #9 — alongside veteran venture investor Volker Hirsch and strategic advisor Louis Rajczi, the Foundry operates a portfolio of AI-first product lines and a structured pipeline of follow-on opportunities.

What makes the Foundry different: every operational function — deal sourcing, diligence, portfolio monitoring, this dashboard you're reading right now — runs on an agentic AI infrastructure (Hallie 9000 + Montgomery Scott, the in-house AI venture team). The Foundry is not a fund. It is an AI-native venture studio whose operating system IS AI, with humans in the loop where capital deployment and partner relationships demand it.

The Foundry SAFE offering — Reg D 506(c) public — is the capital instrument that funds product-line acceleration and platform build-out. The live dashboard at /fuel is the public face of that raise: labeled data only, hardcoded numbers banned, every value sourced or estimated honestly.

The entity

The venture studio is operated by Brainworks Ventures, LLC — the parent that runs sourcing, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and studio operations.

The SAFE is issued by Brainworks Ventures Foundry, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation, formed specifically for this offering. Capital deploys to the four shipped Foundry product lines and the ~40-company pipeline per the deployment plan in the PPM. The two are distinct: the LLC operates the studio; the Delaware C-corp is the issuer of the SAFE.
